DISTANCE HEALING SESSION
WHAT IS DISTANCE HEALING SESSION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A Distance Healing Session is a combination of Shamanic + Reiki Energy Healing that is performed remotely. Using metaphysics, Alexandra creates a channel between herself and her client to connect to their energetic body to perform healing. A Distance Healing Session begins with a 15 minute video call through Facetime or Skype to discuss your concerns. Once your conversation is complete, you will turn off all electronics and rest, Alexandra will perform Distance Healing on you during the remainder of the time. After your appointment she will follow up with an email to go over your session so that you have session notes to review at your convenience.

WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING DURING A DISTANCE HEALING SESSION?
During your session you should be relaxing in private with no electronics. You can rest, nap, meditate, read, draw, and listen to relaxing music. Please avoid cell phones, TVs and computers as they interfere with your energy body. You should drink extra water before, during and after your session.
HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR A DISTANCE HEALING SESSION?
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD EXPECT OR DO AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?
After your appointment you should double your water intake for the next 24 hours, as well as eat foods that nourish your body. Everyone responds differently to a healing session, you may feel immediately light, clear, calm, and relaxed, or a little more tired at first. It's recommended to be gentle and nurture yourself. Alexandra will follow up with an email to explain the healing that was done, and what you should expect to feel as it differs depending on what work is completed.
It is also highly suggested that you smudge your space and your body after your session.
